This Club is about diving into this thing called "health" and embracing our minds and bodies to elevate; to continually strive in a collaborative environment. The power of synergy can bring us to heights that are impossible to do on our own.

This Book Club? This is about distilling the swirl into a format that is approachable, conversational and filtered. In a darn awesome group of people.

Monthly Movement Sessions
A great way to learn how to be nice to those joints in the comfort and safe space of your own home. Every session accomodates people at all levels. Join us to improve feeling good and moving well. Zoom sessions will be about 45'.
Walk-Grooves and Hiking
People that live in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN area will also have access to scheduled group walks and hikes. Year-round baby!
Winter is a great time to build cold tolerance. And for those days that bring Siberian temperatures or skating rink conditions we'll have an alternate option to continue fostering social interaction while moving our bodies.
Approximately 10x/month. A great way to talk more about the topic of the week or commiserate with that noisy knee.
As the group grows we'll have ways to add more opportunties!

And for those in other parts of the world I'm happy to game plan ways and people to bring the same adventures and social structure in your own backyard.
