    Strength focus up to 6 participants. Individualized to each person. Program will build on your strength, power and agility. Join others for a great workout!

    • #2 Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:00-6:00 pm
    • Make-up 2nd and 4th Saturdays 10:00 am
  • Small Group Indoor Rowing

    +$50 Initial Client Intake and Consultation
    Up to 3 participants. Weekly 60' cardio sessions includes technique and drills on the erg with a great workout. Meets you where you are at for cardio fitness and builds gradually.
