2x/Week Small Group Training (In-person)
445$Every 4 weeks+$50 Initial Client Intake and ConsultationStrength focus up to 6 participants. Individualized to each person. Program will build on your strength, power and agility. Join others for a great workout!Â- #1: Tuesdays & Thursdays 9:00-10:00 am
- #2 Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:00-6:00 pm
- Make-up 2nd and 4th Saturdays 10:00 am

Small Group Indoor Rowing
240$Every 4 weeks+$50 Initial Client Intake and ConsultationUp to 3 participants. Weekly 60' cardio sessions includes technique and drills on the erg with a great workout. Meets you where you are at for cardio fitness and builds gradually.Â- Tuesdays 6:00 pm
