My approach to fitness is about keeping our bodies and minds in their healthiest state of being. Sort of a fluid thing isn't it!
Life is messy and so are we. Having a program and plan to keep us on track towards our health and fitness goals is rather important; otherwise we look back and wonder what happened. The program that I am proud to be a coach with is through Health Engineered's model of fitness, food and capacity.
The fitness component meets you where you are at and builds you safely towards abilities you will be amazed by. It's about owning your body and doing the things you love
